DTCs can be read using a scanner connected directly to the car's port. These are also known as automotive error codes. For drivers and fleet managers, it's helpful to have a basic understanding of DTC. The DAF Davie 4 helps you read DTCs and find the cause of problems. Critical DTC codes can cause immediate and significant damage, so quick action is required. A hot engine is a good example. Although non-critical codes are not emergencies, accurate diagnosis of DTC codes is required for safety reasons.
